Materials: Reed, Paper, Glue, Sealant
Dimensions: 16” x 20”
Weight: 3 lbs.
This is a hand made-hand sculpted reed sculpture. Inspired by palm fronds blowing in the wind, creating a tropical hush that is strangely soothing, like a loud lullaby. I wanted the sculpture of fronds to wrap around wood because that is how this sound feels to me-kind of like a hug.
