Exchanges/Refund policy

There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased art. All purchased items are final sale.

Amy Marcy Art strives to achieve clear expectation of what you are receiving when viewing online through professional photography. All colors are as “true to color” as they can be, although we suggest viewing the images on different devices as monitor calibration may vary. As well, please take the time to read my listing descriptions carefully.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. We insure each package and must be made aware of a damaged or lost shipment within 30 days of shipment in order to file a claim for reimbursement. In all regards, this is a rare occurrence!

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all sales final, except for select rare circumstances (restocking fee may apply). Please email AmyMarcyArt@gmail.com with any concerns.
